Fostering Culture in a Startup Community
Startups work long hours that demand an integrated life work blend. This requires a need to improve the overall experience at work for our teams to retain the best talent. Bottom line? Culture is king, and in the world of startups, a lack of strong culture can negatively impact your success. At the Village, we are passionate about fostering a strong culture of kind people who like to work hard and have some fun while doing it. Our culture (and our community) is what sets us apart- we know what we value and why we value it. We communicate it, and the Village team lives by it.Keith Zadig, a student at Kennesaw State University, is an intern with a Village startup Salesloft and is an overall awesome person.
