About the Workshop:

The first dollars your company takes in are often the riskiest - a bad deal can set you down a path riled with issues with capital, control, and problematic investors. This makes it imperative to not only ensure you are taking in the right amount of money for your company, but also the right type of money. Please join us for an in-depth discussion on how to avoid common pitfalls of early investment, and how to mitigate their effects when that isn't possible.
