The Power of Persuasion and Leadership Through People

This workshop focuses on an organization’s people as a source of competitive advantage. We will discuss how leaders can use what research has supported to increase job performance and organizational commitment in employees. Furthermore, we will present specific, usable methods of persuasion that are powerful and ethical. Leadership often requires honest but compelling persuasion.
Additionally, the best leaders are those that see the value of their followership and strive to put the needs of their followers ahead of their own. This workshop is intended to provide practical and tangible outcomes to existing and aspiring leaders.
