About the Facilitator: 

Alicia Lyttle, also known as “The Queen of AI,” is a seasoned entrepreneur, TEDx Speaker, AI enthusiast, and digital marketing expert with over 23 years of experience in the industry. Alicia has a diverse professional background, having previously held positions at esteemed organizations, including The White House, The United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), and The City of New Orleans Mayor's Office. She later transitioned to the digital world, building a successful career as an entrepreneur, AI consultant, and digital marketing specialist.

Alicia co-founded Monetized Marketing LLC, a training and marketing company, with her sister, Lorette. She's also a successful real estate investor and co-owner of Protected Equity LLC with her partner, Greg. Alicia has received numerous accolades, such as the MarCom Awards, Ava Digital Awards, Communicator Awards, dotComm Awards, Nation Builders Awards, Clickfunnels Two Comma Club Awards twice, and the Traffic Sales and Profits Circle of Seven Award.

As a business owner and coach, Alicia is dedicated to helping others succeed, teaching them to harness the power of AI (Artificial Intelligence) to grow, expand, and multiply their businesses.

Denise Smith is a visionary C-suite executive with 20+ years of private and venture capital experience, specializing in product and technology operations strategy, M&A, turnarounds, and human capital management. She's a trusted advisor for angel, venture-backed, and private equity companies, accelerating growth with end-to-end value. Denise's experience includes strategic communications, executive management, customer experience, e-commerce, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, operational due diligence, process improvement, and turnarounds. 

Denise has a proven track record of leading organizations through challenging times, helping them achieve sustainable growth. She's known for her ability to navigate complex situations and deliver results. Denise is committed to youth exposure to spark curiosity. As a wife, mother of two, and proud Morehouse College parent, her favorite quote, "The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones that do," embodies her approach to life and work, believing anything is possible with the right mindset.
