Hello Harmony” workshop will help you re-examine the many areas of your life that you've struggled to balance and help you begin to look for HARMONY in the things that matter most.

During this session, we’ll:

• Examine various life areas and the time allotted to each
• Identify life areas that work in harmony and create rituals to sustain it
• Learn and apply strategies that will help you maintain harmonious living
