Allison O’Kelly is the Founder and CEO of Mom Corps and Corps Team and talent acquisition expert who partners with CEOs, executives, and hiring managers to recruit exceptional talent into their organizations.Allison has grown her business from an idea to a search and staffing firm that has placed thousands of professionals in companies nationwide. Allison began her career in public accounting with KPMG and worked for Toys "R" Us where she served in various roles including launching the original Babiesrus.com site, Store Director, and multi-unit store management.Allison has been recognized in the news media (TODAY Show, Wall Street Journal, CNN, Forbes) and awarded on a national level (Staffing Industry Analysts, EY Winning Women, Working Mother, Inc. 500, Conference Board). Her company is a 2021 Atlanta Business Chronicle Best Place to Work.Allison currently supports several local non-profits including the Alliance Theatre - Board of Directors, Galloway School - Early Learning Annual Fund Chair, and UGA Terry College Emeritus Alumni Board. Allison is passionate about the Atlanta entrepreneurship ecosystem and is a member of Atlanta Technology Angels, a mentor for the Atlanta Tech Village and a sponsor of the Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC) at Georgia Tech.Allison received her MBA from Harvard Business School and her BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia. Allison is a CPA, licensed in Georgia.
