So you've started a business or grown your business; what’s next? Will you raise capital? Will you sell your business? Will you continue to grow your business and pass it onto your children? All these options require strategic planning and an understanding of your financials.
In this presentation, we will spend some time discussing important financial and accounting considerations to address and consider today in order to continue towards your goals. We will discuss cash versus accrual accounting, financial statements literary, accounting and finance department structuring, key performance indicators and tax planning.
We aim to have this be an open conversation with participants, versus traditional presentation, so come with questions.
