She has assisted clients in business strategy, budgeting, forecasting, audit, funding, vendor selection, cost reduction, portfolio analysis, training, KPI development, in addition to regularly recurring accounting and finance tasks. She is a former instructor in accounting at Golden Gate University in San Francisco and is a regular contributor to bog posts, webinars and speaking events on the subject as well.
Fred Szymborski is the Managing CFO at the DXA Group. The DXA Group provides Finance and Accounting services to startups and small businesses. Higher level controller and CFO services are also available, facilitating strategic business initiatives, investor management, forecasting and budgeting.Fred is a results-driven senior level executive with over 25 years of extensive finance, administration and accounting experience in diverse industries including financial services, SaaS, construction, technology, law, retail/wholesale distribution, pharma, restaurant, and hospitality services. He has worked to improve operations, impact business growth and maximize profits through achievements in financial management, cost reductions, internal controls, and efficiency improvements from his early years at Merrill Lynch as a financial analyst to his most current role here at DXA.
