About this event

Even the most successful entrepreneurs occasionally find running a business more challenging than they expected. Many work longer hours and get less return on their investment of time and money than they would like. Most entrepreneurs are regularly frustrated by one or more common issues: lack of control - over time, the market, or the company; people - who don’t listen, understand, or follow through; profit - there’s not enough of it; growth - inability to get to the next level.

The Entrepreneurial Operating System® is designed to help leaders address and solve these common frustrations with a set of simple, powerful tools. Vince Bakshani, a long-time entrepreneur, and Professional EOS Implementer will help you:

  • Understand the six keys to build a truly great organization
  • Learn how to get everyone focused on achieving a clear company vision
  • Begin to instill discipline and accountability throughout the organization
  • Roll up your sleeves and confront organizational issues head-on
  • Strengthen your business and produce powerful results

Vince’s passion for entrepreneurship began at home. From a young age, he felt the vulnerability and triumph of operating a company. Vince’s professional goal was to join the family business. He immersed himself in this vocation and eventually earned a degree from Babson College, a school known for entrepreneurship. But then Vince’s family business went bankrupt and he had to reevaluate his future. After gaining valuable experience at Fidelity Investments, Vince joined eVestment as an early associate and helped position the organization for its eventual $705 million sale to Nasdaq. The experience of exiting a business led him to Proposal Software, where he helped the founders prepare the company for sale by implementing many of the tools he used at eVestment. The result was a successful exit to Camden Partners. In hindsight, many of the tools Vince used in his career were similar in nature to EOS, so he knows they work. Today, implementing EOS is Vince’s way of doing for others what he wished someone would’ve done for his family business—providing the guidance, encouragement, and resources to optimize the business and enjoy life as an entrepreneur.
