Technology in a Multi-Generational Workplace

HDI Atlanta is excited to have Maria Higgins presenting: "Technology in a Multi-Generational Workplace."
Each generation within the workplace has strengths and challenges when it comes to communicating technology and using technology. How do we successfully make this experience positive? We have to learn how each generation thinks. This presentation will present the mindset of each generation and how we can be more successful meeting the needs of each generation by using their strengths and supporting their challenges.
Maria Higgins has been developing people for over 20 years. She began her training career as a Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) facilitating IT software applications for major corporations, Certified Professional Coach, and an Authorized Partner for Everything DiSC. She is also a Toastmasters International Advanced Competent Communicator and Leader and has traveled nationally and internationally presenting high energy, interactive and thought-provoking seminars. She is the founder and owner of Clear Steps Group, Inc., a people development company. Maria is also a published author with her latest book “Grab Fear by the Neck” (www.GrabFear.com) and has held several workshops, seminars and webinars to help people overcome life-paralyzing fears. She recently returned to the Coca-Cola Company as an End-User Training and Productivity Lead to support end users with IT solutions.
