Dave Williams will be moderating a dynamic and exciting session with New York City's Erika Weinstein, founder and CEO of eTeam Executive Search, a "head hunter" and executive recruiter for big brands, agencies, and startups; along with Melissa Davis, founder and CEO of top Atlanta technical recruiting firm, Elev8 Hire Solutions. Erika and Melissa will be leading an engaging discussion about strategies and tactics to improve your "employee brand" and its importance to recruiting, employee engagement, retention and growing equity value. Erika will also share her experience working with Dave's company BLiNQ Media when they were growing their executive team.
