Entrepreneurship is one of the greatest opportunities and challenges of a lifetime. It is fraught with excitement, obstacles, highs, lows, team dynamics, ever evolving markets, and tests you and your team's ability each step along the way.
Dave has summited the peaks of entrepreneurship and is here to teach you the basics on how to get your team to base camp and then to the top, all while using a bootstrapped approach, a focus on his people, and generous equity grants. At the foundation of Dave's approach is to use feel vs force, building momentum, a focus on having fun and winning, and not accepting anything less when on a journey of a lifetime.

Dave Williams

He is an active mentor, advisor and investor in the tech startup scene with a perfect track record of success. 360i has been consistently recognized as an industry leader and innovator by Advertising Age as one of the “Hottest Digital Agencies,” honored by Google as its #1 US partner with its Marketing Machine Award, and by OMMA as the 2007 Search Agency of the Year. In his free time, Dave loves adventure travel throughout the world and is a certified Pilgrim having trekked the Camino de Santiago along with other epic adventures at Kilimanjaro, Tour du Mont Blanc, Galapagos, Vietnam, Thailand, The Great Wall of China, Himalayans, Norway, Rafting the Zambizi, Scuba on the Great Barrier Reef, and touring the jungles in Colombia.
