This session will equip you with practical strategies to uncover real customer needs and turn insights into action.

About the host: 

Kyle Painting is driven by a desire to help brands build deeper, more meaningful connections with their communities. He believes that in today’s landscape, brands must craft messaging that truly resonates with the audiences they serve. With a passion for problem solving and a background in advertising and data science, Kyle founded My Influency, a SaaS platform that empowers brands to leverage influencer partnerships for powerful, word-of-mouth marketing. He is also the Director of Business Development at EZ Innovation, where he continues to drive growth and foster strategic partnerships.
