About the host: 

Alexandria de Aranzeta is a strategic operator with over 13 years of experience at the intersection of AI, public policy, regulatory enforcement, and communications. From founding startups to advising government agencies, she brings a 0→1 mindset, policy depth, and operational clarity to fast-moving, mission-driven teams. As a former founder and AI communications coach, Alexandria helps early-stage and venture-backed startups refine product messaging, accelerate discovery, and shape strategy across fundraising, talent, and partnerships. She also hosts The Culture of Machines, a podcast on Responsible AI featuring leading technologists and ethicists. Previously in government, she led more than 300 investigations, trained over 4,000 professionals, and advised 60+ agencies on compliance, policy, and risk impacting more than 50,000 employees.
