Startup NC State: An Alumni Event in Atlanta
Network with fellow NC State Engineering alumni and learn more about Dr. Tom Miller’s highly acclaimed Engineering Entrepreneurs Program, which has grown into the campus-wide Entrepreneurship Initiative. This unique program helps students grow their ideas into successful startups. Bill Nussey — president and CEO of digital marketing company Silverpop, now an IBM company, and one of the program’s first students — will introduce Tom and share his personal entrepreneurial experience. Bill earned his BS in electrical engineering in 1987 and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Get a behind-the-scenes look at Atlanta Tech Village, a unique startup hub that supports and inspires entrepreneurs by providing a community that promotes faster connections between talent, ideas and capital.
Carolina barbecue from Lovies in Buckhead and craft beer will be provided, all free of charge.
Please join us for this special startup opportunity in one of Atlanta’s newest, cutting-edge venues!
