Whether it’s an accidental post, agitated fan, or just a simple typo, most of us have faced a social media slip-up. But what about when a true PR crisis occurs, and takes to the social media “airwaves”?
On Thursday, July 10, join Social Media Club Atlanta at Atlanta Tech Village and learn from those who’ve been there - from what what steps you can take to prepare; what to do first and what comes next when a crisis happens; and what you should never do when "it" hits the fan.
