• Clarifying personal and group expectations
• Collaboration-achieving team cohesion

This workshop will help leaders identify patterns and routines that hinder their ability to focus and strategize effectively. Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, United Way's 2013 Women Who Live United Award recipent, Small Businesses of the Year Award by the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce recipient and Hollister Staffing Founder and CEO Kip Hollister will be the keynote speaker. Kip Hollister opened Hollister Staffing 28 years ago and has grown the company into one of New England’s premier woman-owned recruiting firms. Other speakers include with Francesca Radbill and Karla Driskill.
