About AJ PiplicaAJ Piplica is a founder and the CEO of Hermeus where he leads a team focused on radically accelerating air travel through the development of hypersonic aircraft. Prior to founding Hermeus, Mr. Piplica served as the CEO of Generation Orbit where he led the inception and development of the X-60A, an Air Force hypersonic X-plane. He has a strong background in aerospace systems design, including spacecraft, launch vehicles, and hypersonic aircraft. Mr. Piplica holds both master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, supplemented by a certificate in entrepreneurship.About John Armstrong As founder and Chief Executive Officer of Reibus International, John Armstrong leads a company that is transforming the metals industry. He founded Reibus in 2018 with two goals. First, create a customer-focused company that would be the best place its employees would ever work. Second, provide unique solutions to the ingrained supply chain issues that plague the metals industry.An innovator, a strategist, and a problem-solver, Armstrong is known for developing companies into category leaders by challenging the status quo.Holding a series of positions with increasing responsibility with brands such as Sainsbury & Saint Gobain and Omnimax, John designed and implemented logistics, supply chain and other growth and efficiency programs to help these companies scale globally.Born in Edinburgh, he spent his formative years in Scotland. Before finding his calling as an entrepreneur, his first passion was road cycling where he competed at an international level. Today, he resides in Atlanta with his wife and two children.
