Effective onboarding and having a positive employee experience are the backbones for building a high-performing team that can help your company scale and succeed.
However, they can be chaotic, messy, and complex at most startups because you don't have a dedicated HR function and are pressured for time, resources, and energy.
The quality of your onboarding and engagement can make or break your startup. According to Bamboo HR, 31% of US employees leave their jobs within the first 6 months and 68% of those within the first three.
Don't let your company become a statistic. Join Corps Team's Talent Boot Camp, Part IV to learn some lean onboarding techniques and effective employee engagement strategies.
