About the Facilitator

Jane McCracken is Chief Growth Officer at Corps Team, a nationwide recruitment and staffing firm that works with startups to the Fortune 500 finding talent for a variety of roles.
‍
She has had an extensive career as an entrepreneur and venture capitalist. She has co-founded companies in healthcare technology, software, and e-commerce raising $100+ million in funding and achieved exits in each via IPO or trade sale. She also raised two venture capital funds and established a business angel network, all focused on technology investments.
Jane cites the ability to build high-performing teams as critical to the success she achieved in scaling startup companies and is passionate about helping entrepreneurs attract, hire, and retain the talent they need to grow their companies.
Jane is active in Georgia’s startup ecosystem and a member of the Board of Directors for the Edinburgh Worldwide Investment Trust and Radyus Research.
