Brian Simms of Rubicon will be joining us for a short talk with Q&A to follow. Brian is the chief sales officer at Rubicon, leading the development of business from small customers to global accounts. He has a proven track record of developing strong customer bases for pre-IPO companies. Brian previously led a team of more than 400 sales representatives as vice president of regional sales at Groupon, helping Groupon to become the fastest company ever to achieve $1 billion in annual sales. As director of SMB enterprise sales at Echo Global Logistics, Brian replaced the traditional outside sales model with a powerful inside sales force that positioned Echo as a technology-enabled transportation broker.
