The 2021 Village Block Party Recap

The Atlanta Tech Village is a community of innovation, powered by the 4th largest tech space in the U.S. and deep connections to Atlanta’s business and investment community. We exist to support entrepreneurs. Notice the keywords there being "community" & "connection." 2020 & 2021 have been challenging to say the least when it comes to those two things.

Finding connection & community through Zoom is a lot more difficult than finding it over a BBQ sandwich at Startup Chowdown or a cool beer at Atlanta Startup Village, so we teamed up with our friends at Insperity to bring our members a few hours of fun, laughs, and true community.

On October 14th, we turned up the music and turned down the stress of the last 18 months as we danced to magical tunes from DJ Sed the Saint on the Rooftop at the Village. We made silly faces in the photo booth from Button It Up, ate too many tacos from Sabrosa Catering & might have woken up with a headache thanks to the delicious margaritas from 508 Bartending. We even did a toast to our Post-Pandemic Villagers (you know who you are).

It was a great night as we collectively remembered why we are the Village and what it feels like to be in it together. We can't wait to do it again. Here's to nothing stopping your big dreams and your hard work.
