Job Summary:

As a Sales Development Intern at Puzzle, you will be an integral part of our dynamic sales team. You will assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities, supporting key account management, and contributing to maintaining positive relationships with clients. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales within the staffing industry while working closely with seasoned professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in achieving annual organic growth targets and identifying opportunities for new acquisitions within assigned accounts.
  • Assist in establishing and nurturing relationships with Program Managers and Hiring Managers.
  • Contribute to ensuring consistent client satisfaction by assisting in meeting and exceeding job order expectations.
  • Conduct research on client sites, the hiring market, and skill set supply/demand.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to understand client growth motivators and contribute to the development of loyal relationships.
  • Assist in qualifying partnership potential and gaining commitment from executives/decision-makers, engineering directors, engineering managers, etc.
  • Collaborate with and learn from a team of specialized engineering recruiters, contributing to cohesive workforce solutions.
  • Support the implementation of organization and delivery systems to establish optimal time management and efficient processes.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s Degree program (preferred, not required).
  • Strong interest in Sales, with exposure to business-to-business sales concepts.
  • Solutions-oriented, consultative mindset, and the ability to learn and apply strategic sales approaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
